  • Silque & Style currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Are there any shipping costs?

  • No, we offer free premium shipping with track & trace on every order.

What is the expected delivery time for my order?

  • Cutoff Time: 12:00 AM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Processing Period: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Transit Time: 5-9 business days, Monday to Friday
  • Non-Processing Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How can I track my order?

How long do I have to return an item?

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.

What if I receive a damaged item?

  • Contact Silque & Style immediately with a description and photos of the damage.
  • Do not open any sealed products that are damaged.
  • Silque & Style will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.

What if i changed my mind?

  • Return the item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition, including tags and packaging.

What if i want to exchange my product?

  • Follow the same steps as a change of mind return. Once you have returned your item, you may purchase the new item separately.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
